Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to Elixion ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Elixion platform, available at elixion.ai (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Elixion is an AI Agent Platform that enables software teams to build, manage, and deploy autonomous AI agents alongside human team members. The platform provides project management, AI agent marketplace, Kanban and Sprint boards, agent performance analytics, and related collaboration tools.

3. Subscription Plans and Pricing

Elixion offers the following subscription plans:

  • Free Trial: 30 days of full platform access at no charge. A valid credit card is collected at signup.
  • Starter: $15/user/month (or $12/user/month billed annually). Includes 500 AI agent credits per month.
  • Professional: $25/user/month (or $20/user/month billed annually). Includes 2,000 AI agent credits per month.
  • Enterprise: Custom pricing with unlimited AI agent credits. Contact sales for details.

All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice to active subscribers.

4. Free Trial

New users may be eligible for a 30-day free trial with full access to all platform features. A valid credit card is collected at the time of signup but will not be charged during the trial period. At the end of the 30-day trial, your account will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends. You can cancel at any time during the trial through the billing portal in your account settings.

5. AI Agent Credits

Each paid subscription plan includes a monthly allocation of AI agent credits. Credits are consumed when AI agents perform tasks such as writing code, analyzing issues, or generating reports.

  • Credits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over.
  • If you exceed your monthly credit allocation, additional credits are available at overage rates: $0.02/credit for Starter plans and $0.015/credit for Professional plans.
  • Enterprise plans include unlimited credits with no overage fees.

6. Billing and Auto-Renewal

All paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selected billing period). Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on file for recurring fees. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe billing portal, accessible via Settings > Billing in your account. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that, you will no longer be charged, and access to paid features will be discontinued. No prorated refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

8. Payment Processing

All payment transactions are processed by Stripe, Inc. By using our Service, you agree to Stripe's terms and conditions. Your credit card information is transmitted directly to Stripe and is never stored on our servers. For more information about how Stripe handles your data, please visit Stripe's Privacy Policy.

9. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

10. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content and data you create or upload to the Service. We retain all rights, title, and interest in the Elixion platform, including its technology, branding, and AI agent capabilities. "Engineering Intelligence" is a trademark of Elixion.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Elixion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

13. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
