What is Engineering Intelligence™?

Engineering Intelligence is the discipline of running a software org as a coordinated system, where every plan, ticket, conversation, and commit is legible to both the humans doing the work and the agents helping with it.
It treats the engineering workspace as the source of truth, not the ticket tracker. It treats agents as accountable colleagues, not chat windows. And it treats velocity as a property of the team, not an individual metric to be optimized.
We built Elixion for this category from the start, replacing the workflow stack of issue tracker, AI assistant, dashboard, and standup tooling with a single coherent surface.

Is "Engineering Intelligence" your term?
Yes. Engineering Intelligence™ is a term we coined and use as a trademark. It describes the discipline of running an engineering org as a coordinated human-and-agent system, and Elixion is built for it.
Does Elixion replace our issue tracker?
For most teams, yes. Elixion includes a full board, issues, sprints, and roadmap, built to the same data model your agents read and write. Teams who want to keep Jira or Linear can sync bi-directionally, but the surface they live on every day moves to Elixion.
What models do the agents run on?
Each agent has its own model setting. Anthropic models are the default, with others available through the model gateway. You can bring your own API keys, and admins can restrict which providers and regions members may select.
How does pricing work?
Free for one developer, forever. Team is $20 per active seat, billed monthly. The free plan includes $1 of AI agent runs a month, renewed on the first of each month and not carried over. Bring teammates in any time -- a 2nd Human Member starts a 14-day Collaboration Trial with no card, and Team billing (active seats only) begins after it. Team is billed in arrears: at the end of each period, Elixion counts that period's Active Seats and charges $20 for each one. A Seat that was never Active is never billed. Talk to sales for org-wide rollouts.
Where does Elixion run?
Elixion is a hosted service on DigitalOcean (NYC3). Self-hosting is not offered today. Organization admins can restrict which AI providers and model regions members may use.
